Not the right fit

Sometimes a wallet that looked right on screen carries wrong in the hand. When that happens, the return runs through our retail partner, because they handled the sale.

The short version

• Open the order in your partner account and start the return from there
• The partner’s posted return window and conditions apply to every listing
• The partner settles the money side directly with you once the piece is back

A note on honest wear

Leather that has ridden in a pocket for a month shows it, and that is usually outside any return window. If a seam or snap fails early though, write to us at the workshop as well: we want to know which bench habit let it through.
