Letters reach the bench at [email protected]. We read everything, usually within two working days.

Good things to write about

• Which leather or layout suits how you carry
• Details of a design you do not find answered on its page
• Corrections: a typo, a wrong measurement, a photo that does not match
• Anything about how your Travelambo piece is aging

Order questions

Payment, delivery and returns run through our retail partner, so the fastest answers about a placed order live in the order page of your partner account. We cannot see into their systems from the workshop.

The address on paper

That is a bench address, not a store front: there is no counter, nothing is laid out to try, and a parcel sent there will not find your order. Anything bought through this catalog travels to and from our retail partner only.
